- IJTIHAD (intellectual dimension) - 11:00
- MUJTAHID = scholar, a great jurist, an expert of juristic sciences who can derive & deduct the legal values & the meanings from the whole bases & who can apply according to the changing & ruling what the situation of the modern times - 11:05
- ijtihad & mujtahid = connecting the past with future through academic & intellectual & juristic efforts - 11:25
3. jihad bin 'amal (social dimension) - 11:45
a) political
b) social
c) cultural
d) educational
- this's for the social reforms of the society to purify the society from the social evils, to eradicate the corruption from the society, all kind of evil attitudes of human behavior, individually & collectively - 12:00
- TO PROMOTE THE GOOD & TO ABSTAIN FROM EVILS - 12:35
4. jihad bin maal (financial dimension, act of charity) - 12:45
- most emphasis of qur'an has given on two arias of first, jihad bin nafs (spiritual, 1st) & jihad bin maal (financial, 4th) - 12:55

- jihad = just wars & lawful wars - 15:50

- in any case even if it's a defensive war no person as individual, no community, no organization, on their own, they can't even raise a defensive war - 20:05

- "they will keep'n appearing & emerging throughout the history from time to time, century to century. more than 20 times they'll appear. whenever they'll appear, they'll be cut off, terminated. the last group of kharijite will appear with the dajjal following him being friends" - 37:00
- the terrorist of today they aren't only connected with the kharijites, they're actually kharijites, continuity - 37:55
- KHARIJITES aren't to be confined with that PARTICULAR HISTORICAL GROUP which APPEARED during the TIME of 4TH CALIPH, they're THOSE PEOPLE who BELIEVE'n IDEOLOGY of KILLING THE MANKIND & CONSIDER their KILLING LAWFUL or those who FIGHT AGAINST the GOVERNMENTS & TAKE UP the ARMS & REBEL against the STATES & they CONSIDER the BLOODSHED LAWFUL for them because of their IDEOLOGY. those who think, "WE ARE HERE ONLY TO INFLUENCE THE LAWS & COMMAND OF ALLAH ON THE EARTH" & then they kill the people considering VALID. ALL SCHOLARS say that ALL THESE PEOPLE are KHARIJITES - 38:40
### tawbah, 5 (frequently used by the TERRORISTS, this verse has created some confusion of some western authors & writers) - 39:40 ###

- the treaty of peace which was made'n hudaibia in 6th of hijrah when rasulullah went there with 1500 companions & he wasn't allowed to makkah & this situation ended up'n a treaty of peace, a truce for 10 yrs, no war truce. neither makkah no madina will attack'n each other nor their allies - 42:30
- benu baqr, allies of makkans attacked benu khuza'a, allies of madina, mass killing, breaching the treaty of peace. makkans participated & provided money - 43:25
- this surah was revealed'n this historical context - 44:15
- this's the announcement of no liabilities remaining after the breach has taken place by the makkans - 44:50
# 2nd verse & 3rd verse - 45:20
- they include the public announcement of the breach of treaty - 45:25

- those allies those who've not participated'n the breach, the treaty of preach will remain intact & applicable as far as those tribes're concerned because they're peace loving tribes - 45:55
- an ultimatum of 4 months was given even after breach of trust'n the same way as the UN given the ultimatum to iraq & those other countries who breach & abuse the human rights & violates the treaties of peace - 46:55
- AFTER 4 MONTHS IF U DON'T REVISE THE POLICY & STILL YOU PREPARE ATTACKING ON US, THEN THIS WAS # 5th verse - 47:45

- THIS VERSE DID NOT REPEAL ANY VERSES. THIS VERSE JUST REPEALED THE TREATIES WHICH'RE ALREADY BREACHED BY THE MAKKANS - 48:15

- THE BASIC RELATIONSHIP between a MUSLIM COUNTRY & a NON-MUSLIM COUNTRY (WHOLE WORLD) is NOT the RELATIONSHIP of WAR, it's the RELATIONSHIP of MUTUALITY = board of mutuality - 50:55- دَارُ لْحَيَّدٌ - 51:15
- if they fight you, they become a board of war (military to military, not the society) - 51:20
- if they enter into a treaty of peace = board of treaty - 51:30
- دَارُ لْاَحَدٌ - 51:30
- if they establish a friendly relationship with you & make an agreement, consolation of stopping the war = board of consolation - 51:35

- by this way today the UNO has taken all those qur'anic commandments - 51:50
