- 3 kinds of men - 39:45

1. 'alem-e-rabbani = who's breast's'r opened by allah fr d knowledge of his deen.

2. ta'lib-ul-ilm = seeking for ways of nijat (reward, wants way out jahannam, wants jannat). no more intention fr'em - 41:45

3. weak ppl = attracted by whoeva screams. any scholars. moves along wid d direction of winds. ths ppl neither have the fortune to get the glory of intellect nor have relieve of any strong knowledge of deen - 42:35


- how to identify alem-e-rabbani - 46:45

- identification of good ppl's tht LOOKIN@ THR FACES'LL REMIND U ALLAH - 46:50

- Rasulullah ﷺ, "people, you can't see my face, but if you wanna have the glimpse of my beauty & noor, then look at my friends, wali, look at the faces of 'alem-e-rabbani, you'll have fortune of seeing me" - 51:55

- said, "whoever you find having 3 signs is 'alim-e-rabbani" - 52:40

1. seeing s'm1 reminds u allah

2. listening2'em reminds u boosts ur knowledge & strength &

3. sitting beside takes u closer to akhira & deen

- 'ali-ul-murtaza karamallahu wajhal karim r.a.a., "eva meet wid 'alem-e-rabbani, thn do love wid'em, bcz loving 'alem-e-rabbani's deen" - 53:00

- WORLDLY SHYNESS & MARIFAT OF 'ELM CAN'T B TOGETHER'N ONE BREAST - 58:05

- 'ali (frm rasulullah), "if allah wants to lower & humiliate ny1'n ths world, thn he closes d doors of 'ilm & 'adab" - 01:12:00

- 'ilm can't b gained widout 'adab - 01:13:05

- 'ilm doesn't come reading books, gaining degrees, passing yrs'm maktab or madrasa, 'ILM COMES BY LEARNING 'ADAB - 01:13:15

- When 'ilm separates from 'adab, then darkness falls - 01:13:30


- 'ali, "gaining 'ilm-e-nafe & 'ilm-e-sahih wid 'adab's rewarding & 'ibadat. whoever has the 'ilm-e-sahih, that person will be able to obey Allah, thank Allah, pray to Allah. Through 'ilm can get marifat of allah. Through 'ilm-e-sahih can gain sahih tawhid. Through 'ilm can know how to connect the blood relationships & how it's haram to break them. Through 'ilm-e-sahih can know what's haram & what's halal & this 'ilm's put into the souls of righteous slaves. Gain that" - 01:13:45

- 'ali, "property's d thing tht u protect tht, 'ilm's tht thing tht protects u. properties & money r d things tht lessens d more u spend but 'ilm's d thing tht increases d more u spend it" - 01:16:30



- 'ali, "'ilm's better than properties in 7 ways" - 01:17:50

1. 'ilm's d ownership of 'umbia & property's d ownership of firauns & karuns" - 01:17:55

2. "amount property's inversely proportional2 d usage but 'ilm is directly proportional2 tht" - 01:18:20

3. "u might've2 give ur life2 protect ur property, but 'ilm protects u both frm dunya & akhira" - 01:18:30

4. "whn u'ld die, 'ilm goes along wid ur kafan in2 ur grave & whn munkir & nakir a.w.s. come2 question u, evn thn 'ilm helps u out. but property never helps'n ur grave & whn ur covered wid kafan, property stays'n ur home" - 01:18:45

5. "property's fr both mu'min & kafir but only mu'min get d 'ilm-e-nafe" - 01:21:15

6. "in respect of deen, every1 is dependent of 'ilm & not fr property" - 01:21:25

7. "whn d day of judgement'll come & hve2 cross d pullsirat, thn property'ld be useless'n tht tym but 'ilm of deen'll save u frm pullsirat &'ll take u to jannah" - 01:21:35

- 'ali, "slaves of allah, 'ilm & 'adab r as expensive & valuable as ur life. strive2 gain both of'em. if u gain 'ilm-e-sahih, 'ilm-e-deen, thn it'll take u towards allah (siratul mustaqim) but won't make u2 serve'em. but if u gain 'adab, it'll let u2 serve allah" - 01:23:15
- 'ali, "'ilm takes u toward allah but 'abad will meet u wid allah, make friendship &'ll take u closer" - 01:24:50

- 'ILM CAN'T B GAINED WIDOUT 'ADAB - 01:25:25


- "it's 'ibadah evn only2 look@d faces of 'ulama" - 01:26:00

- interpretation of hadith by imam jafar sadiq a.w.s., "it's 'ibadah2 look@d faces of 'alim which reminds u allah or akhira & d ppl which faces reminds u neither allah nor akhira, evn 2 look@'em's a fitna" - 01:26:20

- 'ali (frm rasulullah) "d ppl who gains 'ilm but has no reflection'n his doings, 'adab, sayings, movements, honesty, thn such person's status's like he's joking wid allah bca he's joking wid his deen" - 01:27:40
- imam zainul abedin r.h, "d ppl who teaches u, glorify'em. if u sit'n closer2'em thn honor'em. whn he speaks, listen'em obediently & accept sincerely. whn he speaks, thn don't raise ur voice boyond'em. don't backbite ny1'n front of'em. defend'em whn ny1 speaks ill of'em. if bad eyes fall'n'em thn cover'em. see good'n'em, thn spread tht. don't sit wid ny1 who contradicts'em. don't sit wid his enemies & don't contradict wid his friends. if u make ur life lyk tht, thn by allah, d angles'll give witness for u'n ur each & every steps" - 01:29:00

- 'ali, "whn u sit in front of ur teachers or elders, don't indicate by pointing ur hands (index finger) towards'em. don't move ur eyes. if they say s'mthn thn don't say tht such & such says tht. be quite with 'adab" - 01:32:20


- 'ali, "whn u c such 'alim-e-rabbani'n ur life, be a servant for'em" - 01:33:15

- 'ali, "whoeva glorified d 'alim-e-rabbani, has glorified rabbi zalzalal" - 01:33:35

- rasulullah, "whoeva has greeted/meet 'alem-e-rabbani of my ummah, has greeted/meet me. whoeva sits'n d gathering, has sat'n my gathering & whoeva sat'n my gathering, has sat allah's gathering" - 01:33:50

- imam jafar sadiq, "'ilm doesn't come reading books or taught by s'm1. allah gives 'ilm 2d breast as noor to whm he wants2 give hidaya" - 01:42:00

- imam jafar sadiq, "if u indeed want 'ilm, thn discipline urself wid 3 things - 01:42:39

1. abudiyat (service with humility and devotion like a true slave of allah)

2. u won't get 'ilm until u act upon it

3. seek frm allah, allah'll open up ur chest


- imam jafar sadiq, "if u've 3 things, thn u'll get abudiyat. if u bcm a true slave of allah, thn d doors of 'ilm's opened 4u" - 01:43:45

1. o slave, d things tht's deceiving u, don't take'em as adornment. u won't get anything being a slave & master @d same tym. we'r slaves & d quality of slave's tht he never bcms a master. either b a slave, or master. master's only allah. every1's d slave of allah & slaves don't hv ny ownership. go2 d ownership of allah

2. d things tht allah has given u, spend'em in places whr allah has ordered u2 spend & whr allah'll b pleased wid u seeing u spending - 01:44:50

3. don't b a planner of ur own soul. struggle, try but let d result b upon allah's will & in ur whole life let allah decision b dominant upon u. whn a slave give himself 2d ownership of allah & don't think he has nythn, thn spending'n d way of allah bcms easy fr'em. whn slave put himself2 allah, thn d hardship of dunya bcms easy. goes like moving hair. whn slave keeps himself permeable2 all d decisions made by allah, thn showoff goes away frm his life. thn allah gives'em honor. dunya comes under his feet. iblis & shaitan bcm defeated to him. & allah's creation bcms weak to him. but d condition's, d person can't be a slave of property & money & can't be in want of false honor given by ppl & don't spoil his life. ths's d first door of taqwa. if u get tht, thn ur calculation's put'n2 seekers of 'ilm" - 01:45:20


- thn he said, "i'm giving u 9 testamentary wills. & ths's fr every1 who who wanna follow my footsteps - 01:47:00

1. put urself into trouble. modify, open up & migrate

2. don't eat wht ur soul wishes

3. eat only whn u'r hungry

4. eat only lawful not wht's forbidden

5. start eating after taking allah's name

6. don't fill ur stomach

7. if ny1 tells um "if u scold u once, i'll scold u 10 tyms". thn reply, "if u scold me 10 tyms, evn thn i won't scold u once"

8. if ny1 cal,s upon u names, thn reply to'em, "o slave, whateva u said2 me, if it's true, thn may allah forgives me & if u'r wrong, thn may allah forgives u".

9. bow down'n front of 'ulama wid questions. don't test'em. don't do according2 wht u think. don't run after whoeva shouts. identify. sit with 'alim-e-rabbani. don't follow d 'alim-e-su who doesn't remind u allah.

- 'ali, "... ... ... fruit of 'ilm is taqwa. if u can't control d desires of ur nafs, thn u rn't touched wid d wind of 'ilm. if u don't defend d truth, thn d doors of 'ilm is closed'n u. fruit of 'ilm's tht doors of sin get shut down'n u. don't get influenced by sins. 'ilm's tht love & bond of friends come2 ur heart'n such a way tht u sacrifice ur pleasures fr ur friends' well-being. 'ilm's tht u listen attentively wht elders say2 u & don't reject wht they say & accept their good advises. 'ilm's tht u've strength, but u don't take revenge out of weak oppressors. 'ilm's tht u don't go close2 false. 'ilm's tht u d strength of truth. 'ilm's tht whneva ur mouth opens, it opens fr d truth & charity. 'ilm's tht u don't find it funny or as a joke whn thr's ny kind of fault rather u feel uneasy & hatred. ... ... 'ilm's tht u don't do such work tht u regret it later. 'ilm's tht it builds ur intellect & noor. 'ilm's tht it's seeker's character gets better. ... ... attraction of dunya can't live wid s'm1 who has 'ilm-e-nafe'n his heart. whn 'ilm-e-sahih c'ms2 s'm1's heart, cheating & deception don't come2 his heart. whoeva has 'ilm-e-nafe, can't b a miser. he's so open tht u spends everything for anyone. Sin & shamelessness can't b owned by the one who has 'ilm-e-sahih. who has the fortune of getting 'ilm, his role strengthens up with taqwa & moderation c'ms'n2 his temperament. doesn't like any limit" - 01:50:35

- 'ali, "'ilm can't b gathered by comforting d body" - 01:55:15


- whneva ny student went to imam ahmad ibn hanbal2 learn frm him, thn first night he used to put a bucket of water'n his room2 c@ morning if it's being used over night fr wadu fr 'ibada. if water isn't used & d bucket's full as it had been, then he used to say, "son, go home. wht benefit does 'ilm do2'em who who isn't used2 of being awaken during night? first learn 'adab. first learn how to serve allah, then 'ilm'll come" - 01:56:40
